Moon Days

New moons and full moons are holidays in the Ashtanga yoga tradition. The moon phases affect us energetically. The new moon is grounding, however it can make one feel sluggish and tired. The full moon can make us feel energetic but not very grounded. In observance of the moon days the studio will be closed.
